Metropolitan Real Estate Academy Cancellation/Refund Policy

Tuition will be refunded if a class is cancelled or filled. If a pre-registered student wishes to drop out of a class, a written notice must be submitted 5 business days in advance of your original starting date in order to receive a tuition refund minus a $25 per course cancellation fee.

NO tuition will be refunded for any reason on or after the first meeting of the class. $25 cancellation fee applies. You will have 2 opportunities to pass the class test. If you do not pass, you will be allowed to retake the class one time without a fee. Attendance to all sessions is mandatory. There are no refunds or exchanges on course and/or study materials.

Requirements for virtual class are a computer/laptop with a camera and mic and a strong internet connection. No iPads or phones for logging into class. Cameras must be on at all times. If there is noncompliance you may be disqualified from the class without a refund.
